SHIPPING INFORMATION

Below is our most current shipping policy for orders placed on-line. However, we really try to accomodate our customer's special shipping needs. We understand "last minute" and "emergency" situations. If our standard shipping policies won't get your package to you in time, please call.  We'll do our best to get your package shipped when you need it, if at all possible. 

Items requiring engraving or jewelry with customized colors require up to two additional days.  If you need a customized item by a certain date, please call Customer Service at .

Our customer service operators are available during our normal business hours. If it is after hours, please leave a voice message or email and an after hours representative will contact you as soon as possible.

Packages shipped using our Standard Delivery (Ground Shipping) will most likely be received within 7-10 business days.  Weekend orders are processed on the following Monday (or the next business day when Monday is a holiday).  Standard shipping can take even longer during the Holiday season or other busy times of the year.  However, we also offer Express Delivery for an additional charge (see details below).  When orders are shipped with Express Delivery they are only processed by the shipper on Business Days which are Monday through Friday excluding weekends and Holidays. 

If you need a package sooner than 10 days but do not need it shipped with Express Delivery, please contact our Customer Service at or by email at customerservice@abernook.com.  Sometimes we can get your delivery to you sooner.  We do our best to accommodate special requests if we can.

Standard delivery rates for the continential U.S. are as follows:

Ground shipments are sent U.S. Postal Service, UPS Ground, or Fed Ex. Ground. There is an additional $20 surcharge for orders shipped to Alaska (AK) or Hawaii (HI).

We are unable to ship directly to P.O. Boxes, APO Addresses, US Territories or to International addresses but we do offer international shipping through Bongo International.

Manufacturer Direct

Some items may require additional shipping charges. Some of our items ship directly from the manufacturer as indicated on the page where you order the product. The shipping fees for manufacturer direct items are the same as items shipped from our warehouse UNLESS your order includes a mixture of items that ship from our warehouse and items that ship directly from the manufacturer. In these cases, additional shipping charges apply. These additional shipping charges will be shown when you checkout.

Express Delivery

Express Orders require up to one business day to be processed.  Items that are in stock are then shipped based on your selected Express Service. 

This means orders received on Friday may not be processed until the following Monday (or next business day if Monday is a holiday).  Unless you call to make special arrangements and pay additional shipping fees, we do not ship on weekends and we do not ship for weekend delivery. 

Please remember that items requiring engraving or jewelry with customized colors require up to two additional days.

Express Shipping Service Options and Fees

Express Orders are shipped via USPS Express or a shipping company such as UPS or Federal Express. Orders shipped with Express delivery are subject to the same shipping charges as standard delivery plus an additional service charge as indicated in the table above.
